Is that the "Triple Loader" (iTouch-M3Real-Sakura)?
If so, it's on this site in the downloads section under: Clients, Loaders & Firmware / M3 Adapter / M3 DS Real...then search in there for the triple boot download.

I downloaded every single thing(Patch tools) on Rudolph's website because I knew this would happen(as in they would get removed)... But it's on my other computer so I can't really help you there. If I can get back on the other computer, I could upload them. But since they are firmware/patching tools, they will have to go through verification which will require a few days... So someone else that has them needs to upload it to a filesharing website.
What is this and what does it do?
Does it let you make your own Triple boot that can use the latest firmware versions? Can it make the Sakura and M3 Real firmwares work with the iTouchDS?

I believe you could compile your own with this, but there there is a release that works with the iTouch. I put it together myself and it has a couple of minor problems, listed in the readme. Link in signature.
Also, I didn't use this to put mine together because a)I'm running Linux, not Windows and b)I have no idea how to use it.

It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem. -

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.

Usually accidentally overdose of ibuprofen here is from people taking like cold medicine then ibuprofen for a headache and the combination is over what they need
