It's when you want to post something and someone posts it seconds before you and you didn't notice. Because the other temper was faster and speed is a very important characteristic of the Ninja. So he Ninjas you. This results in the verb "To Ninja" which can be conjugated in the past participle form. Ergo, Ninja'd.
