I solved this problem as follows: I disassembled the 2DS, and realized that the WIFI circuit was a card that could be removed. I removed the plate and cleaned the contacts using isopropyl alcohol and a brush. I brushed the brush slowly on both contacts. After mounting 2ds I was able to turn on the WIFI normally. I hope I helped someone who has this problem, because I rewritten NAND, formatted 2ds and it did not resolve, which indicated that it was a problem in some component and not in the system, since I had tried the solutions to a problem in the system.

I turned the WiFi off and it hasn’t crashed. Is there a way I can reset the WiFi module so that the crashing doesn’t happen?

I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
