Hacking 3DS Not Functioning When Wireless is On

On my old 3DS XL (not New) with Luma CFW, I want to make sure that there isn't anything important left on it, in case something happens. I want to both transfer some Pokemon from Bank to Moon (cartridge copy of Pokemon Moon), as well as use the Save Data Transfer Tool to transfer my ACNL save file from my old 3DS (downloadable copy) to my cartridge copy of ACNL, so I can play it on my New 3DS (not hacked). Both of these require internet access (accessing Bank & downloading the Save Data Transfer Tool), but whenever I turn the wireless on on my hacked 3DS, moments later, I get the following error:

(this isn't part of the error anymore) Again, as I said, this only happens when wireless is on and I need to go online to do these things. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

For the ANCL file you can use JKSM to move the save file and back it up. Don't know much about Pokémon but I know there's a homebrew version of the bank you can use that doesn't require internet.
