Homebrew Need Help With Homebrew

I tried to homebrew my 3dsxl like a year or two ago and it didn't work (I think I messed it up at some point) and I've restarted and gotten to the point where I have seemingly everything I need installed but when I try to open apps, specifically the ones on my sd card I assume, it says "An error occurred (ErrDisp) The SD card was removed. Press any button to reboot." What is the issue here? Is there something obvious I need to change? The SD card is in and seems to work fine in general but I'm not sure

might be the SD card. I would boot into linux and use disk-destroyer to copy the block on to another sd card. see if that works.
