That's the beauty of it all. My friends have held SSB64 tournaments at our school on multiple occasions, and almost everybody shows up from the popular kids to the lonely nerds, and in both the doubles tourny and the singles tourny I have emerged victorious. Who do I play as? Ness. So while people might not recognize Ness from Earthbound, they will recognize Ness from SSB.
