Actually, it's not that simple: you have to wait till your sight problem (myopia, astigmatism, etc.) has settled down before you go into eye surgery. And, as with mostly everything in this world, that age varies from individual to individual. For example, my optician, based on the characteristics of my eye and my myopic progression, stimated that I'll be able to go through surgery when I'm 21-22 years old. Two more years...

Well, actually, that size only makes the text readable. I still couldn't read it 100% clearly, i could only just make out the letters.
