Hardware I have big problem with the wii u.

Hello to all. My wii u keep freezing randomly. It can freeze immediately it can freeze after 5 minutes and it can freeze after 8 hours. I have another brand new wii u (console only without the gamepad ). My question is can i somehow transfer the dlc that i purchased for mario kart 8 to the other wii u?
