I don't know why there's so much CFW/EMUNAND butt-fuckery going on, but we just need a flash cart like the DS uses, where you load it with .3DS files, put it into the 3DS, and away you go. (And no, nothing like Sky3DS please. Just a simple ROM menu like the DS has is enough.)

I like the way the DS ones work. They just let you pick a ROM.
If you wana do XYZ, go get the ROM for it. You don't need too many features in the flashcart itself.
