ROM Hack I have a feeling that my pk3DS simply did not edit the files after i close it

Hello i want to randomize Pokemon X but when i put the code.IPS and the romfs folder in my 3ds i end up just getting my standard starter pokemon and when i start the battle with shauna my game freezes? I believe i got every step right so i do not understand and also i have enable gamepatching on. When i am back from school i will upload my romfs files and show how my titles folder looks because i do not get what i did wrong can anyone help?

Or maybe try posting it on the Pk3DS thread instead? Don't claim this site to be shitty if no one had the time or the enough knowledge to help you with your issue.
