Yes you can, that's why it says all versions

11.7 is a version. All versions works on every version. That includes 11.7.

People really need to start looking at changelogs instead of making a thread asking the same thing as 50 others... You can find the changelogs on the homebrew wiki if you want to check all changes, but 11.7 patched NOTHING relating to CFW/Homebrew, so all exploits that worked on 11.6 also work on 11.7.

Basically, 11.7 simply renamed a couple things, removed some unused things and just was meant to comply with that new law about privacy that was passed recently.
