I tried to use the hex editor, but the only thing that was in the 0x180 were hexadecimal characters like "0D 60 84 17..." and that isn't what a title key is. How can I extract the title key from this?

The title key is the 16 hex bytes from offset 0x180, you can copy & paste from there to wherever you need it (eg hactool)
But where is that?

Yes, the hex bytes you've blanked out. Not the gibberish in the text column. Select the hex bytes and copy & paste them where you need them.
I get the same error every time when I try to extract space marshals 3's game files. I copy the left half, then the right half, and then all of it(I even take out the spaces!), and still: "Enter titlekey: B9 46 93 38 66 1F 2D 20 99 19 BD 73 52 3D E9 42 Key (B9) must be 32 hex digits!"

Don't paste hex with spaces
