Hardware I can't burn MH3 english with Imageburn

Hi everyone,I can not burn MH3:When I try to burn it with image burn,there is this message:

Device HP DVD writer....
Unable to lock volume for exclusive access
reason:access refused
Hint:You've got another program running that's using the drive,close it and then click'try again'

But there are no other program using the drive!!
Do somebody know something??If yes can you tell me please??

re-boot your computer and try it.
if its still giving you errors, hold down control alt del, check whats running, and end task to applications and / or tasks that are running with imageburn.

Maybe it's your drive, leave your computer off for 10 minutes, then try again, if not, re-install your drivers.

I left him off for a whole night,but nothing and I'll look for the installation cd of the driver

Are you using Window Media Player? Sometimes IMGburn won't let me burn media while having WMP open
