Hacking I can't acces Homebrew Launcher with N3DS 11.5 #Help

I updated my N3DS and now I'm in 'Sys 11.5.0-38E'.

That's weird, I never understood why I am not in 'Ver 11.5XXXXXXXX' ?

Recently I formated my N3DS to erase everything on it, so I lost the HBLLauncher app and the FBI app and all cia I had installed before.
So I tried to go back to the Homebrew Launcher using Cubic Ninja but I cannot, I have this message :

I tried several times following this methode * but always the same message :'(

So is it because I am in 'Sys XXXXXXXXXX' instead of 'Ver XXXXXXXXXXXX' ?
If yes, how can I go back to 'Ver XXXXXXXX' ?

Or is there an other way to acces HBL without cubic ?

Hold Select on boot. What version Luma does it say you have?

• If lower than 7.0.5 then update to 7.0.5 https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases Then follow https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s
• If 7.1 follow https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s
• If 8.0-8.1 update to 8.1.1 https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases

After you've done this follow https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup
This should explain how to use homebrew - through Rosalina or the homebrew launcher cia.

Well, I updated to Luma 7.0.5 because I was lower, but when I tried to follow https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s but I had a problem at Section II - 2 step :

your missing a file, double check your work. Probably files in the boot9strap folder on your sd card

It is said that 3 files must go into boot9strap : boot9strap.firm and boot9strap.firm.sha & secret_sector.bin , I have all of them.

Are you using the right boot9strap file? Not ntr and not dev? Show us a picture of your boot9strap folder.

The guide specifically says not to use the dev versions of boot9strap. Download the version the guide tells you to and try again. :/

Try deleting your 3ds and boot.3dsx files and download them again from the guide.
