Hacking Howto copy games from one HDD to another?

Well, my question is basically the thread title. Was someone already able to do it without extracting it first?
I was not able to mount the wbfs Partition under linux (as auto and ext3).

this is a windows program, but it worked great for me, took about 2 hours to transfer 43 games. Both of my WFBS partitions were on the same drive so maybe that's why it too so long to transfer, but it works.
