That's not how fan translations work... AT ALL...
You have to dump the files, learn how they work, translate everything, edit the files and re-pack them the same way the original files were, then make sure they work and don't just break things, that's why fan translation works take months if not years.
You don't just get a tool where you edit the words and it somehow magically does everything for you.
