Homebrew How to upgrade micro SD after using new phailect method?

I used that new phailect method or whatever, and got my 3ds updated/hacked. It works perfectly fine on my 16g micro sd (new 3ds).

I copied all the files, formatted my new 64g, put all thle files on the 64 g, and went and modified that one folder inside nintendo 3DS. But so far whenever I put the new SD in my 3DS it just turns off right after I power it on.

It still works perfectly fine with the old micro SD..

The 64GB card has to be formatted to FAT32 before it'll work in a 3DS.

Your new SD Card is probably not formatted correctly or is missing some files.

You can format it with this.
Set allocation unit size to 32768.
Windows formatter won't work with disks of 32gb or higher unfortunately.

How can you do that? It seems like it only want to let me do exFat or something akin to that.
