I use SX OS and I would like to know how can I update it without getting banned?

1. SHOULD I remove autorcm mode, go online and then update it normally. (of course not)
or
2. SHOULD I wait for games with v6.0 in them?
or
3. SHOULD I use another switch to update the hacked switch

Will I get banned when Nintendo release Switch fw6.0?

At the end of the day, why would you want to update? You have ZERO reason to. If you play around with NSP files and homebrew, you are saying goodbye to anything online related anyway. You want to update and feel good? Buy another switch, don't touch anything, and update to 6.0. Feeling better now? People are incredible...
