Hacking how to update my r4-sdhc properly??

hey guys, i have a problem here.
recently i downloaded some games like okamiden, de blob 2, and the legend of zelda spirit tracks.
but i can't play these games, it just freeze or show me a white screen.
i think i should update the system of my r4.

then i go to this website http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp and download the r4-sdhc kernel (without i mark) v.1.71b
i download, extract it and copy it to my sd card on my NDS.
but i still can't play those games.

Please anyone, can you help me with this problem.? I really want to play okamiden and the legend of zelda spirit tracks.
