How to unban my wii u?

My wii u has been banned, i dont know it just is how do i unban it? I have aroma and tiramisu.

This doesn't exactly answer your question but it's probably impossible to unban it and given that online services are getting shut down next year you haven't lost much. If you provide some details of what you may have done to get banned like save editing and installing pirating games then someone else might be able to help you.
