Hacking How to transfer Nintendont save files to a physical memory card?

I am trying to transfer my save on the nintendont emulated mem card to a physical gamecube card? How do I do this? I have GCMM installed. Also on a side note do the 1019 memory cards work on wii if wifi is off, and if I remove it after being saved, as I have heard wifi and keeping it in too long can fry the card.
