Hacking how to properly burn metroid other m

okay so i have only *one* dvd+r dl verbatim disc so it has got to work. I read in the other thread that some wiitard release is bad and that cios 14 and 16 are also bad for the game. as far as burning the game what is the proper layer break and is it okay to burn at 8x speed with imgburn?

Using ImgBurn Go to Tools > Settings > "Write" tab and in options set layer break as 2084960
