ROM Hack How to open TGA files?

Trying to open TGA Files (I'm sure it's pictures), and of course edit and save.

Do you know how?

Btw, i know you don't normally post threads like this so i wont give a lecture about not googling, but come on man

Yes TGA files are image files. I just use photoshop.

I can't even open my TGA files with Photoshop CC and the SDK plugins...

So why don't you start your own thread instead of bumping something from seven years ago with a dead link to someone else's TGA files!? Too late now, of course.

Why don't you start by specifying the program you're trying to use that needs these very specific TGA files?

The program I'm trying to use is CTR-ManualEditor. It's the one that needs the very specific TGA files.
