ROM Hack How to mod/replace .bcstm music in 3ds games

I want to know how I can replace bcstm sounds from a 3ds game (game using:Yo-Kai Watch Busters) with sound files like mp3/vcl(in this case I’m using Persona 3 and 4 ost diles to replace the infame sound).I used HackingToolKit9ds to access the games sound by decrypting the game, and used BrawlBox to listen to the audio. I just need to know if it’s actually possible to use a converter and simply delete the ingame sound file and replace it with the new sound file.
