Well i have been trying to make a wbfs and fat partition on my 32gb sd card... but the problem is how?

Windows 7 internal partion maker doesnt work.
Not supported by magicpartion and easus partition manager.
tried gparted live cd didnt work either.
tried paragon partition manager but it says its invalid... or cant delete partition, nothing works...

    anything left i can do?

A WBFS partition is no longer required. The popular loaders (GX, CFG and uloader) support games on a FAT32 partition as well.

I must admit, though, that I don't know whether they can load games from a 32 GB SD-card (I'm not sure wether "Starting games from a FAT32 partition" means "...from SD-card" as well).

you can split a SD card (in 2 or more partitions) with Gparted live CD.

eventhough it will be useless since only Neogamma can launch games from SD card.

Cfg loader can launch games from SD too.

Another thing that must be taken care of is the order, FAT must be the first partition or windows will not see it.

But the easiest would be to just use a FAT partition for the whole SD card and put games on FAT and again use cfg loader to launch them.
