Hacking HOW TO INSTALL THE HOMEBREW CHANNEL ON 4.0 VIRGIN WII!!

someone should make a youtube for this, video will help the noobs. Confirmed this guide working 100% tried this morning on a friends v4.0virgin (not a virgin anymore i popped her cherry now shes a slut)

How come when i try to install cIOS36 Rev10 Custom IOS36 ( For SD USB Loader v1.4 ) [Victory] on the wad manager i get an error?? am i suppose to rename the file?

In the CMDVDX34 the Downgrade IOS35 option doesnt work with people that have wii lan adapter.

It gives error when initializating network.

Do we rename the boot.dol for the cIOS36 Rev 10 file to CIOS36.wad? Or do we have to rename it with a program?

Rename it to "cIOS36.wad" and it should work.

Try downngrading IOS35 again but this time dont install IOS35-64-v1040.
Try that.

Boot up Wad Manager and install cIOS36.wad.

Pactmii and DVDX are unneded.
but try custom Wad Manager see if that works.

vidboy all my troubles have ended it finally works on my Dutch 4.0E wii with the yafaze tutorial
it worked fantastic within 5min

no, don't rename it to boot.dol.
get the WAD and then install it with wad manager.

Hi, I'm very new to this scene but i managed to install hbc on my hard modded wii 4.0E thanks to you guys.I also managed to install apps like ftpii and some games from homebrew browser.
Now my problem...I wanted to install usbloader which you have on your site.And I needed cIOS36_rev10 and wad manager..I downloaded them but I cant install them.
I'm repeatedely getting ret 1 or 2001..
I used the network update..and it downloads all the neccessary files, but then gives an error at the end.(for the cios)
I cant install wad manager either, as it also gives an error message.
What am I doing wrong and what should I do?
