Ok, this is the app test: http://rinnegatamante.it/nasa.rar

You have to place a LEGIT cia file in the root of your SD card named as nasa.cia
When you launch the app, it should install this app.

I need to know if it's stable or not (it's currently using libSu ( https://github.com/delebile/SuperUserLib3DS ) and if it installs the cia file succesfully.

You can install anything if you're in 9.2, with DevMenu.
And if you can use this shitty FBI to install anything on 9.3-10.3 then you can also do a proper job and downgrade to 9.2.

The problem is that either these people can not or simply do not want to downgrade for fear of brick, so this is pretty well to have any free game. I do not understand the need to make it seem "mandatory" to downgrade (and less now, thanks to NASA app).

so the legit cia is renamed to nasa.cia, placed in root of sd, and then u put the .3dsx file in a folder named NASA with the rest of the homebrew stuff?

i wanted to keep my sons 3ds stock so theres no chance of him bricking it and the whole sysnand and emunand messing about is abit meh if im being honest
