and with version 9.2 can I install Rxtools program?

What model is your 3DS? Original or NEW?

Honestly, I don't think you should risk downgrading just yet. Although, o3DS have had better chances of downgrading. I don't know if rxTools work though, it should though.

I've been wondering, is turning the 3ds on and off so many times in such a short time frame actually safe? Or does it damage it since the circuit keep going on/off multiple times per minutes? Also a slight update on the cartridge trick, it seems I was just being lucky earlier tried some more and cannot get in anymore hence the question above.

Anyway I guess it's better for me to wait till I swap to a card that's a least 32gb before trying again so I can actually install everything at once if it doesn't get any easier to run.

I already installed all the CIAs, I had to hard-reset like 200~ and it is working fine.

I keep getting invalid signatures after trying to install fire emblem and dream team every time they reach 99% installation, cant be that my memory is full because i have a 32gb SD, also the cias match with their md5, anybody else encountering this issue?

System: Old 3DS XL
Firmware: 9.9.28U
Hax Entry: MenuHax 2.0
Booted HBL: Mashers HBL
Tries before FBI booted: 50+
Tries before CIA Installation: 1

Just did a repeat of opening FTPBrony, closing, then opening FBI and hoped it worked. Eventually did.


Also quick question.
I was reading somewhere here and came across this forum:

So my question is since we don't have a legitmate way for emuNAND, does the above still follow when we're installings CIAs this way?
I'm afraid of acessing Data Managment and risking of losing all my data?
Just wondering since I'm pretty newish to this scene.

Honestly, I can't help you beyond there. I myself have no interest in downgrading atm. I believe it's all considered piracy here so you might have to lurk a bit on Google.

saw it over at that chaos site, but i think it might be some sort of mistake since the post quotes downgrading, so don't know why they titled it as a more stable legit cia installer. downloaded the file from the post but it was a sysUpdater.3dsx

Keep trying. Everyone's been having this problem, this copy of FBI is buggy but the only working one. Spam A on entering the app.
