Finished jailbreaking my Wii U and was trying to load Wii and GCN games to my USB drive to use with Nintendont. Whenever I place my USB drive in my computer, it always asks to format it, I assume because of Nintendo using WBFS as their storage format type. I don't want to format it as I already have a lot of data on it and I also assume when I place it back into the Wii U it'll ask to format it again before I can use it. What do I do?

The USB drive csn only be used by the Wii U. At most the PC can read it with special tools. You could install Wii and GC games using VC injects. If you want to use classic USB loaders, then you need a second HDD or put the games on the SD
