X does nothing... which Exact file needs to be renames to x_Decrypt9 ..i Just did the unziped folder into that name, but is there something in the folder that needs to be changed?

What? Get the Decrypt9.bin, rename it to x_Decrypt9.bin, the place in on SDroot/luma/payloads

All you need is the Decrypt9.bin

just take the bin file, the other ones are not needed.
hold X at boot to enter Decrypt9.

You don't "install" it, just put the bin you got in /luma/payloads and hold start when booting to launch it

Depends on what do you want to do with them. .3ds games can only be played with CITRA or GateWAY on the 3DS.

Decyrpt9 and a9lh is very outdated, you should be using b9s and GodMode9
