unzip it, rename it to x_Decrypt9 and place it under "luma/payload"

well the Main Guide https://3ds.guide/ , and now im up to this guide https://freeshop.pw/get-started/ .. just before "boot up decrypt9

Dont use that version of freeShop, use arc13's version.

Just install the CIA, then get the encTitleKeys.bin from That titlekey site

If you have x_decrypt9.bin, hold x on boot. Also, what are you trying to do on decrypt9?

X does nothing... which Exact file needs to be renames to x_Decrypt9 ..i Just did the unziped folder into that name, but is there something in the folder that needs to be changed? and where would i put the rest?
