The advice here was wrong. It's the .FIRM you need to put in luma/payload, not the .bin. Hopefully this piece of advice saves people in the future like 30 minutes of their time, unlike me.

What? At that point. 2017. the .bin file was still active to use seeing as b9s appeared afterwards. That was correct info then. at this point this file isnt really needed.
