Will it work if I use the ubuntu method even if i have this card?

I am not sure if it will work using ubuntu.

One other way would be to get a usb wireless adaptor and use that for the virtual hotspot.

Get virtual router and use netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow in cmd instead of the ssid and key.

when i start the virtual router show this mensage "virtual wifi device not found, Neither "Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter" or "Microsoft Virtual Wifi Miniport Adapter" were found" ... but create a virtual wifi not shared, so i share manual my ethernet... but the virtual network gets no internet

Yes.

It actually isn't an adapter.
An adapter is a device which is plugged into the USB Port.
If you want to buy one, go to dealextreme.com

Why is the build in adapter not good? The adapter works fine.

So after running the following command in a command prompt window with admin privileges, does a Virtual WiFi Miniport adaptor appear under the network connections window like in the image below.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=attwifi key=12345678

Did everything from the tutorial. But the 3ds will not connect with the virtual network.

When you run the connection test on the 3DS does it show up on the Virtual Router Manager under "peers connected" trying to obtain an IP address before the test fails?

Yes, for StreetPass you can do that without a problem, but you will not be able to use Nintendo Zone anymore and you will have to add it to your 3DS Internet profiles.

Yes the streetpass relay function will work over an encrypted network.

However you will not be able to use nintendo zone if you place a password on the connection.

You have to allow it first, or if you preffer in portuguese, você tem que permitir o acesso primeiro, executa o CMD como administrador e dê o seguinte comando:

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow

They are available for use but whether you get two yellow miis or not depends on if the people using it follow the rule about only using them if you mii has the same coloured shirt

For streetpass quest 1 it is random as you could only hire mecenaries using play coins, with streetpass quest 2 you can pick three old allies to hire and/or hire mecenaries
