Homebrew How to hack ACNL with Ver. 11.14.0-46U ?

I have the latest 3DS ver and I can't find any guides on how to hack ACNL with it. I just restarted my town and between having a full time job and going to school I don't have as much free time as I used to so I just want to hack my way into a pretty town.

How do I hack? I know it's still possible via seeing people on the island still do it.

1. Install B9S and Luma3DS if you haven't done so already using this guide: https://3ds.hacks.guide/
2. Backup your save file with Checkpoint or JKSM
3. Use this save editor: https://www.marcrobledo.com/acnl-editor/
4. Restore the modified save file with Checkpoint or JKSM

Assuming you've modded your 3DS already, you can use cheats in-game with a CTRPF Plugin like the Vapecord ACNL Plugin
It requires a Luma3DS fork that can load .3GX Plugins like Luma with Redshift and Quick-Switchers
Both can be installed from Universal-Updater so you won't need to worry about installing it manually
