Hey I'd like to be able to play one of my favorite PSP games (Final Fantasy 2) to the Vita. Unfortunately, it's not on the NA PSN store. So my question is: Can I move a legally purchased copy of FF2 to the Vita, despite it not being available in PSN? I don't want to have to mod my Vita because I do play newer games and I'm on the latest FW anyways so...

And I DO NOT want the PS1 version. It's much crappier and slower compared to the PSP version.

Any help would be nice :D

I don't think there is a legal way to do it unfortunately...

If it isn't really isn't possible to download it on the PSN (sometimes you can dl it on your PS3 but not on your Vita, and in that case you can transfer it), you'll have to mod your Vita and play it with an eCFW.

in NA you need to buy the ps1 version (FINAL FANTASY® ORIGINS (PSOne Classic))
    or

mod the vita for the PSP version
    or

have 2 memory cards make on for a 2nd account and make account where to get is on the PSN and switch account when you want to play it (factory reest the vita to switch accounts)

    or
hope the it get put on the psn in NA at some point

Another route might be to get a psp... I know its not what you are asking, but I might as well point it out.

This is probably your best option
