Because you can't let the PKM file go into your party right after you got it or else the game may go "OH SHIP, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? FROM WHAT POKEMON GAME IS THIS? I DON"T LIKE THIS, CRASH"

Hmmm.... Whats actually your problem? Did you put in your DNS correctly? Do you have a retail or are you playing it on a flascart?

However if they are "legal" or not (if the game/GTS will accept them) is another story. Read the thread, I already answered that.

If you're talking real events, like, in real life, I'm pretty sure they have a system in place to keep somebody with a level 100 maxed stat Pokemon with moves it shouldn't have out of the game. As for online stuff, yeah, w/e. Everybody cheats there anyways.

Wow I used to give out modified pokemon in a similar method months ago, surprised to see such a nice frontend finally came around, and it's actually working for Black/White too? Amazing.

Nope... It doesn't

Well, I have a similar method, but it's not quite as effective.

First, you try to weaken the pokémon that you are trying to catch.

Then, you throw a pokéball variant at it.

Lastly, press down and b repeatedly until you catch it. If you didn't catch it, you didn't do down-b repeatedly quickly enough.

Guaranteed.
