Homebrew How to exit a game in Twilight Menu++?

Please help. I forgot the button combo to exit a game and return to Twilight Menu.

Press (L)+(R)+(B)+(Down) for 2 seconds while in a game.

Is this configurable where I don't have to wait 2 seconds? Or make it less keys?
