Twilight Menu++ Can't Change Theme

So I tried the Saturn theme on Twilight Menu++. Had no idea that it didn't have an option to undo that. So I deleted some config file and was prompted to set a few language settings. It loaded a basic theme. But now there's no option to change anything. There used to be a configuration menu (either by button or something to tap), or did one of the many updates on Universal Updater remove such features in Microsoft fashion?

Press the SELECT button to open the DS Classic Menu, then touch the small DS icon to open the settings menu. You can do this in the DSi, SEGA Saturn, Wood (but with START instead of SELECT), and HBL UIs.
If you don't recall the DS Classic Menu appearing, then you can change what the SELECT button opens in the settings menu.

Thanks. I'd never think to dig around in there as it really looked like the official DS bios menu.
