The 000000.app file is an SRL/NDS, and can even be made into a CIA (I did)

One should legally download it from NUS. 3***SO is used if you can't get it elsewhere. NUS still has it, so get it from NUS.

Plus, the DSi key isnt even hard to find, heck it's on this website on this very page, you just need to know where to look. Maybe the key is colourful?
