ROM Hack How to edit my decrypted files?

Well i decrypted my Mario and Sonic Rio .3ds rom with this tutorial with the decrypt9 method https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-decrypt-extract-rebuild-3ds-roms.383055/

My question is now that i've got all these files...how do i edit them? like swapping models, editing textures etc. Is there a program or something i can use? didnt think i'd get this far lol.....

You should probably start looking in the folders and the ones that aren't the .crr one. CRO files are unavailable for the time being, though we are close to getting complete grasp of them.

Just took a little tour through the folders again. yep i'm pretty lost
