I can access at the HBL on my new and old 3ds...
You need the latest hourly build of luma and rename the payload of the 11.3 in 11.4 (if not work, do it with the 11.2)

Shutdown your 3DS, press start while powering on
*Sysnand Backup / Restore -> Sysnand Restore ( Keep a9LH ) then follow instructions

It is working on O3DSes now. I just deleted my payload from the "hblauncher" folder and launched the HBL while holding "X". Booted right up.

Edit: (stoner moment) I was on my 11.3 2DS not my 11.4 2DS. :rofl2:

I tried both 11.3 and 11.2 payload renamed to "OLD-11-4-0-37-USA.bin" and still get the "something failed :(" error.

@C3S4R, to restore your NAND backup just hold "START" while you power on, select Hourglass9, select "SysNAND Backup/Restore...", then select "SysNAND Restore (keep a9lh), wait until it's done and reboot. That's it.

ctr-transfer downgrade. I have no idea on how to get a downgrade package, but you need one for your region.

Are you fine with a 11.2 update backup? Because theres full update packs up to that version with a quick google search. This requires the good old SysDowngrader instead of the CTR Transfer.
You just need to go to that "chaos" site. Since that "iso" site hasn't updated its updates since 10.3. Sorry but thats your only choice. I would've PM'd you a CTR Transfer of my own 3DS but I only own New 3DS consoles.

They fixed the Ocarina of Time slowdowns, but now DS mode doesn't work. Makes me wanna go back to 11.2 :/. Everything worked fine there.
