Hacking how to create WiiU WUD file ?

Other than a physical dump from a device (1:1 disc image), you wouldn't be able to create a disc image without private signing keys.

Is it possible to look at the codes written by a program that extracts files from a wud file and reverse engineer it to turn all those files into a wud file?
