Hacking How to copy gba game to EZ Flash V?

I'm currently using a EZ Flash V Triple Pack along with an r4 cart and playing games via GBA Exploader 3in1. This solution isn't working all that hot because the save system is just too wonky for me to understand.

I've currently got Mother 3 on the EZ Flash V but I can't remember how I got it on there. I'm running Win7 x64 if it matters. Just looking for a step by step on what to do to remove Mother 3 and its save and put on another rom.

Well apparently what I needed was already on my device. I didn't notice the option in GBA Exploader that enabled NOR mode. I simply switched to that, copied the rom over and away I go. I've tried to do this for so long but I guess I needed to post the question to then unlock the ability to look in other places to find the answer. lol
