Hacking How to convert .3ds to .cia on 2DS/ Firmwares >4.5?

Hi guys, I've been trying to convert my 3ds files to cia, but I'm stuck on the step where I have to get the xorpads of the game. I can't launch the launcher.dat because the Nintendo DS profile trick doesn't work on higher firmwares.

I'm on a 2DS so downgrading is no option. How do I get these damn xorpad files without using the DS profile trick?

I've been trying to use this tutorial:

I tried to use the search function, but apparently "CIA" is too short for a search.

Any help is appreciated.

Assuming that the web browser doesn't properly load the xorpad launcher, it doesn't seem like there'd be any way to do this on anything other than a standard 3DS or XL.
