You want to use your laptop as a display for the Wii U? Then you need a HDMI capture card. However, I don't know if there are any of those that don't have significant (~1 second) delay.

I have a usb capture card from amazon, it cost 10€~15€. I recommend it to use it in 720p60fps in the card settings. 1080p gives too much lag.

It says its usb 3.0... but its not
