I have a lot of GBA games installed on my SysNAND and I want to keep all my saves in a safe place.

Can I backup my GBA saves using FBI or any SD/NAND explorer? Or maybe I can copy the titleID from my SD card to the PC?

You can copy the folder with the corresponding title ID from your private folder on your SD card or you could use SaveDataFiler to export your saves, which would make it possible for you to edit the saves as well

Thanks :)
And is there an easy way to find what titleID match the good GBA game?

I honestly don't know very much about GBA injection, only did some GBC stuff myself, but I always had to choose the title ID myself when repacking the VC game
