Definitely safe. If it was any more safe you would need to contact one of the staff offline to get an MD5 code to input on a secure connection to a super strong firewalled server to get as much as the favicon.

No, you won't, and transmission of payment details is ssl encrypted so nobody can intercept your data. However, of course as with all credit cards it's your obligation to control transactions.

It's safe, as long as you're buying something that actually ships from Amazon.com, a lot of resellers use Amazon to sell their things.
