How remove a strange icon in the Home

Hi,
i have a hakced 3DS XL, with Luma 13.0.2 and fw 11.17.0-50E.

Yesterday i noticed a strange grey icon in my Home: see my attachment

Do you know how can i fix it? I don't know what it is...
