How often do you lose the 3d effect (due to moving the system)?

In MGS3D DEMO, everything is doubled for me. 3D in the woods isn't a good idea.
And i didn't know 3DS could "pop out" things, isn't just depht?

Nah. From what I seen so far, there are two different 3D types used in the 3DS. One is the depth one that you're thinking of, the other is where they pop it out. Nintendo usually sticks with the depth 3D while the other devs go for the popping out 3D.
 
Most of the the time it's on while playing game's. but never in the 3ds menu's/shop and all that stuff.
Ocarina of time have amazing 3D, but I tend to have it off since the 3D in zelda gives my light eye strain after 15-20 min. Don't get it after playing 30 min max 3D in Resident Evil though. (in game 3D enchanter is on normal)

Nah. From what I seen so far, there are two different 3D types used in the 3DS. One is the depth one that you're thinking of, the other is where they pop it out. Nintendo usually sticks with the depth 3D while the other devs go for the popping out 3D.

It's both the same 'type' of 3D, no different techniques are used - it's just devs (Nintendo especially) have worked out that making the 3D go 'in' allows more width to work with and creates a more immersive experience.
