But the 3DS only has 3D not HD plus the 3DS's 3D is different to the movie and TV 3D so the 3DS's 3D is a gimmick since it adds little to nothing to gameplay but the movie and TV 3D and HD does add something from better picture quality and makes watching the show feel more interactive, yes i'm aware it might add depth but to be honest we had alot of platformers and so forth before the 3DS was made and us gamers judge depth perfectly without the need of 3D.
I agree with some of your other posts, about how the 3D should be optional and you shouldn't have to explain why you bought a 3DS with the intention of not using 3D, but not your latest post. The 3DS's 3D effect is exactly the same as movies and TVs 3D. It's a different experience compared with wearing glasses, but the effect is still the same. I sometimes get headaches when watching a very long film in 3D at the cinema, but I believe this is due to the glasses pinching the bridge of my nose and not the 3D effect. There are also TVs using the same technology as the 3DS, making use of parallax barriers to deliver glasses-less 3D.
